Thinking Tuesday: How House Concerts are Transforming the Music Industry (Live Stream)
March 20 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
This event is for community members only, but will be broadcasted via Facebook Live from 15:00 to 16:00.
Join us for a how I built this story with Low-Fi founder Anne Dvinge!
Anne Dvinge is the founder and CEO of Low-Fi, an online marketplace connecting musicians and music lovers in a global community for intimate live music experiences. Low-Fi sits at the SingularityU Nordic campus, was a member of our early-stage startup accelerator, and recently won Berlingske Business Boost.
Before starting Low-Fi, Anne worked for more than 10 years as a researcher and teacher of cultural studies and music at University of Copenhagen. Her research ignited a love for the house concert format. She also developed a deep understanding of the lack of sustainability and fair trade in the music business. Rather than applying that passion and knowledge to yet another research project, she quit her job in 2015 and began a journey as an entrepreneur. Low-Fi’s great ambition to combine purpose and profit to build a global community and business that will be a game changer in the music industry.
