Community Only: Meditation Session

The community at SingularityU Nordic works hard and tirelessly to create change. Our campus therefore includes the resources needed to help entrepreneurs be there best selves. Every Wednesday, we run a weekly meditation session for 30 minutes.
Karolina, is the Impact Coordinator at SingularityU Nordic and a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher. She spend several months in Thailand where she learned from the teaching monks how to guide meditation sessions. Once, she has even guided a meditation session for the buddhist monks.
